Call out for Fault Finding
Service Description
Call out fee: A call out fee will be charged for all electrical call outs, regardless of whether any work is carried out. This fee covers the cost of the electrician's time and travel to your premises. Hourly rate: If any work is carried out, the electrician will charge their hourly rate for the time spent working on the job. The hourly rate will be agreed upon in advance and will be specified in the quotation. Materials: The cost of any materials used to complete the job will be charged to the customer in addition to the hourly rate. Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the work. Guarantee: All work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. If any defects arise within this period, the electrician will rectify them free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy If the customer needs to cancel the solar panel bird proofing and Solar Panel Wash, must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
