Detailed Description Of Goods And/or Services Lopiletech.co.za is an online ecommerce store that sells and delivers various products to consumers across South-Africa. 2. Delivery Policy All products can be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. From time to time there may delays due to supplier stock. Products are subject to availability on behalf of our third party suppliers. Order requests will be processed within the advertised deliver time by the way of courier services and tracking codes. Consumers will be sent email & sms notifications of their order shipping status and tracking codes. Order delivery times on backordered items will vary from product to product depending on the purchased item and the supplier. Estimated time of arrival will be communicated. Delivery Deliveries of hard copy and physical Products will be made from your premises, by post or by a carrier instructed by you subject to the contract between you and your customer. we will notify both the customer and LopileTech by email (sales@lopiletech.co.za) on the date of sending, that the Product has been dispatched and of the expected delivery date. If it is apparent that a customer has not received a Product within 7 working days of the expected delivery date, you will refund money paid, including any delivery charge. This is a condition of your contract with us because our reputation. 6. Products returned we agree that you will at all times: reply promptly and in any event within 24 hours to any customer message or other correspondence where a dispute is to be resolved; comply with the law relating to all aspects of the contract with customer, relating in particular your obligations to provide full information and accept cancellation and returns.
